What kinds of counseling services do you provide?
I provide counseling services to those experiencing anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, caring for elderly parents, marital issues, sexual abuse, and sexual addiction.
What insurances do you take?
I am a provider for Medical Mutual of Ohio.
Do you provide marriage counseling? Yes.
My spouse is not interested in marriage counseling, but I am.
May I come alone?
Yes. It is not necessary for both spouses to participate. One person
can make a difference.
Would you work with my child? My teen?
My work with children and teens is limited to Splankna therapy. If you are seeking other treatment modalities, I have referral partners I know and trust who have expertise.
Can you prescribe medication?
No. Counselors are not licensed to prescribe medications.
How long are the sessions?
The term "clinical hour" is used to describe the length of time for a session. This generally indicates a 45 to 50 minute time frame; however, in my practice a "clinical hour" is 60 minutes.
